Helpful Maintenance Crew

I just wanted to say thank you to the maintenance crew I was very disappointed moving in with the condition of my apartment but the amazing maintenance crew turned a lot of that around for me. Thank you very much for being so helpful and and getting it right.

On the Green

I have been here at On the Green Apts for over 3 years now. The management team here that is led by Amy is truly outstanding! And the same can be said about the maintenance team ! All the tenants I know here say the same things.

The prettiest place to live!!

Nice place to live. A bit pricey. It’s pretty much quiet, clean and the grounds are well maintained. The maintenance and management staff are super friendly and extremely helpful, very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I appreciate that a lot, so thank you for that!!

A Pleasant Home

Located in a nice neighborhood, close to schools and shopping. Lovely green landscaping. The staff are professional, friendly, and courteous; they are prompt to reply when contacted, and very willing to offer every assistance. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained. In general, the people here are friendly and the atmosphere is quite pleasant.
